Barman skill competition award

January 26^th 2010, Shanghai – Grand Mercure Hongqiao Shanghai was honorably awarded as “service star in style” recently in The Skill Competition organized by Changning District Tourism Bureau.

Participants from 39 hotels in Changning District showcased their service skills at the competition. Mr. Issac Tang, bartender at the Stir & Shake Lobby Lounge, demonstrated some of the most popular cocktail recipes from Grand Mercure Hongqiao. The commentators and invited guests were amazed and appreciated an exceptional visual feast!
